of tapers for PVDF leaders have resulted in a 20% average increase
in butt diameters in all Mirage leaders for more efficient transfer
of flyline energy to leader.
This new process allows for the variation of taper angle along the
length of the leader to match specific needs in the same way that
fly-line or rod tapers are customized for performance.
