Chatham,
Massachusetts is located at the southeast tip of Cape Cod. If the
Cape is viewed as a bent arm, Chatham is at the elbow. To the east
is the Atlantic Ocean, to the South is Nantucket Sound, to the north
is Pleasant Bay. The only adjacent town (located at both the north
and west town line boundaries) is Harwich. For accommodation options
in Chatham click
here.
Major geographical features of the town are hilly, wooded uplands,
extensive barrier beaches and spits, harbors, numerous small estuaries,
and salt and freshwater ponds.
Fishing
Cape Cod: We helped put the Monomoy area on the fly fishing map. While we didn't
invent flats fishing, we certainly brought it to the Monomoy Flats
and today employ ten local full- time guides
who know the waters of Cape Cod inside and out. All are ORVIS endorsed which
guarantees they are professional, courteous, helpful and fun to
be with.
Our chartered boats go out from harbours in Chatham and Harwich.
